RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted and all sales are final. All vintage and recycled goods are pre-loved and may show signs of wear. I will provide pictures and descriptions of any major issues with the item in the item detail view. 

If you do not feel that any issues were communicated to you or you have issues with your order, please contact me at refurbishedcompany@gmail.com on or Instagram at @refurbishedcoshop. My goal is to make you happy and send our products in great condition to a new home!

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped in your chosen shipping rate - please look out for your order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email. 

As a note, there will be occasional "shipping pauses" or "shipping update". Because I run this little business on my own, if I am out of town I will be unable to ship orders within my usual 24-48 hour time frame. Please look at our top message bar for any noted shipping pauses or updates - a to and from date will be specified along with a date of shipping.
